The recording of two concertos by Fryderyk Chopin was made in September 2016 in the concert hall of The Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music. The concertos are interpreted by Szymon Nehring and Sinfonietta Cracovia Orchestra and conducted by Krzysztof Penderecki and Jurek Dybał. All the acoustic and technical parameters, like the transparent acoustics of the hall and the Steinway piano, prepared especially for this recording, were chosen so that this album was granted with the value of an audiophile recording. The highest artistic level is guaranteed by the main conductor and artistic patron of the project – Maestro Krzysztof Penderecki.
